Covered Patio Floor Gets Wet

I have the same problem with a covered concrete porch each time it rains.

Covered patio floor gets wet. And it s like the outside of a glass of cold water. The condition may occur because of the tiles porous structure. It does this whether there is any wind or not so it has to be something in the concrete causing it. It just sweats to the point where it s this is a covered concrete porch.

When smooth slabs of concrete are wet it poses additional safety concerns for workers. My porch is soaking wet almost like it rained on the porch with no covering at all.
